College Student

A couple of days ago, while window-shopping, L and I played this game of picking out things we would've worn if we were college students today. L was more adventurous in her choices, I was not haha.

Monday Shoes

Bought these babies in Korea in one of the stalls in that train station below Dongdaemun Market - aptly named, "Dongdaemun Station". Haha. :)

Just noticed that most of my stuff are in gray recently. Hmmm...

Style: Oxfords and Dress

Yey, an outfit post! Well, sort of. A couple of weeks ago, I was my youngest sister's official photographer during her high school graduation. I resolved to wear my new Katrina oxfords from Ichigo because I was gonna be walking around a lot. I paired them with a dress from Bayo, my peg was Serena in Paris for Gossip Girl:

Beige for Summer

I'm feeling the color beige for summer. When I spotted these beige brogues ON SALE from Renegade Folk, I could not resist!

I hope I could wear these with a pretty summer dress while the sun's still out soon! The weather's kinda crazy lately.

By the way, I used a Canon PowerShot s90 for this post, one of Lenses4Less' newest stocks. Shoots like a DSLR noh? I remember reading that Chuvaness uses an S90. Perfect as a graduation gift, for summer trips or outfit posts! :) Order now!

Bianca and Karina

I was lusting after the Bianca lace-up in the Gold Dot site. I was waiting for some extra moolah before placing an order, but when I was ready to order, it was already sold out. Boo hoo.

Then I saw Ichigo's Karina, and I was in love all over again.

The tan version was sold out in my size so I got the cream ones. But I think they look almost white already.

I love the detail!

I think the color's perfect for summer!

Injured

Whenever I'm having a sh*tty day, I look at my cute shoes and smile. Thus, I've taken to sometimes wearing my oxfords to work. However, it's either I walk too long or too hard, and I discovered that a couple of my oxfords are "injured", i.e. the soles are cracked. :( I hope I can still have them re-soled or something. :(

Just sharing.

NYE

Days before New Year's Eve, I read someone in Twitter worrying about her dress for New Year's Eve, only, she called it NYE. (I figured it out after a while) I don't usually dress up for NYE but this year I decided to do things differently and wore... SHORTS! Because you see, I don't usually wear shorts in public.

I brought home these oxfords from Cole Vintage, I wore them immediately without having taking photos of 'em. This pair was suggested to me by Anna. I rarely receive MMS nowadays so I was surprised when I received one while wandering around Trinoma. Anna MMSed a pic of these oxfords she saw in High Street; fortunately, there's a Cole Vintage store in Trinoma!

I think the "old" flowery print of my shirt matches the vintage vibe of the oxfords. I first wore this shirt to a party with my law school friends and one immediately said, "Guy and Pip era!" Bleh.

I realize that I'm wearing too many colors in this outfit - but what the heck, it's NYE!
